We offer professional therapy specialising in treating specific troubled musculoskeletal aches and spots responsible for headaches, poor posture, over-used muscles and injuries.  

Remedial Massage
A common treatment for pain and tension throughout the body. When muscles and tendons become damaged, strained, or tight, massage can work to alleviate these symptoms with various techniques that range from gentle to strong.

Sports Massage
A term used to describe manual therapy that can help athletes recover from injury and improve performance. We have years of experience dealing with the unique needs of athletes, and use a variety of techniques to help you get back on your feet quickly.

Relaxation Massage
Relieves stress and tension by promoting a relaxation response by easing muscular and psychological tension giving you a chance to relax and de-stress.

Deep Tissue Massage
A method for reaching deeper muscular tissues aids in removing scar tissue that may have formed from prior injuries. Greater pressure is applied to layers of the muscles than that of a relaxation massage.

Pregnancy Massage
Prenatal massage largely uses a specific massage method, which focuses minimal pressure applied to the body to relieve common discomforts associated with pregnancy.
